主な業務
- 接客スタッフや客から直接飲み物の注文を受ける
- バーでアルコール飲料やノンアルコール飲料を作って出す
- 使用済みのグラスを洗い、バーカウンター、紅茶・コーヒーを入れる場所、エスプレッソマシンなどの機器を清掃・管理する
- 売上の代金を受け取り、レジを操作し、現金収入を照合する
- ビア樽を開栓し、供給ラインを接続する
- バーの在庫を適切に保つのを手伝い、ボトルやグラスを並べる
- 酒類の購入年齢の要件を確かめるため、客の身分証を確認する
- 飲酒をやめるよう客を説得する、それ以上の提供を断る、送迎の車を手配するなど、飲みすぎによる問題を抑える措置をとる
- 材料を混ぜてカクテルなどの飲み物を作る
- バーの客に軽食などの料理を出す
