- 火災警報や、自動車事故、産業事故、爆破予告などの緊急事態での出動要請に対応する

- 産業施設で特殊な火災の消火にあたり、特殊な機器を使う
- 燃えている建物や事故現場、危険な状況に取り残された人を救助する
- 火災や事故の際に危険物質の拡散を防ぐ、または抑える
