- 政府の給付制度、給付額の決定と支給、サービスへの紹介に関する法令や規則、および市民の権利と義務について、個人や団体に助言する
- 申請書などの関連書類を審査し、個人が受給できる給付の種類と額を決定する
- 書類を確認し受給者と面談して、給付やサービスを継続して受ける資格があることを確認する
- 利用者の記録を管理し、受給資格の判定、紹介の決定、給付の打ち切り、不正受給などについて報告書を作成する関連事務を行う
