How to become an Outdoor Instructor

For nature conservation instructors, completing a training course run by the Nature Conservation Society of Japan, for example, lets you register as a nature observation instructor. After starting, it takes a lot of experience in the field before you can do the job fully on your own. Activities have become more advanced in recent years, and the quality of what you teach now matters, not just your years of experience. You could also go independent and work freelance. As well as the basic fitness to lead outdoor activities, you need the drive to keep taking in new knowledge, a willingness to serve others and a spirit of hospitality.
