How to become one
You need a qualification to become a business analyst and experience may be useful. You need University Entrance to do the study or training for this job. Required: a relevant tertiary qualification in business and management, computer science, economics or similar area. Other requirements: experience in similar work; an industry certification through the Information Technology Certified Technologist scheme.
