Executive secretary provides administrative and organisational task support to top-level management. He/she performs research, prepares correspondence, reports, presentations, contracts and other specialised documentation. He/she also organises meetings and travel arrangements. He/she may assist in the preparation of budgets, monitoring of expenditures and client relationship management. He/she may also manage the day-to-day operations of the office or supervise other clerical staff.
