IT infrastructure specialist monitors and maintains computer network, infrastructure and platform operations. He/she supports the design, testing and implementation of routine installations of hardware including computers, network components and multifunctional devices and maintains infrastructure system analysis and reporting tools. He/she resolves complex issues and conducts fault analysis. He/she may also optimise system performance with automation to improve system quality and reliability and present solutions to enhance and improve systems’ health and performance.
