Office/Commercial/Industrial establishment outdoor cleaner works in an unsheltered environment, cleans and keeps in orderly condition the outdoor compound areas of office, commercial and industrial establishments, including places of worship, hospitals, schools, shopping malls etc. He/she sweeps car parks, mops lifts and lift landing and clears trash bins.
Main tasks
- Sweeping or vacuum-cleaning, washing and polishing floors, furniture, lifts and lift landing and other fixtures in buildings
- Picking up rubbish, emptying garbage containers and taking contents to waste areas for removal
- Making use of specialised equipment and solvents to perform various cleaning tasks
