Quality control/assurance manager defines the quality assurance of the organisation and also ensures that the production or service standards meets regulatory requirements and end-user requirements. He/she manages the development and review of the organisation’s quality system and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), with reference to the regulatory requirements, and ensures compliance. He/she may also ensure that system tests are completed, documented and all problems are resolved.
