Security manager leads and sets strategic directions for the security agency or security department. He/she plans, directs and monitors the security operations. He/she manages the resources of the security agency or security department. He/she may oversee response to incidents, design contingency plans and develop security plans for his/her customers.
Main tasks
- Providing information and support for the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Establishing and managing budgets, controlling expenditure and ensuring the efficient use of resources
- Planning and directing daily operations
