Stationary plant/machine supervisor/general foreman supervises production activities of a distinct unit at a well drilling site, or an establishment engaged in processing of mineral ore and stone, metal, wood, or chemicals, or an establishment concerned with the production and distribution of electricity, steam or gas, or with water supply, sewage disposal and treatment, or with refrigeration and assimilated services, or within an establishment in which machines are used in the manufacturing of various products on an industrial basis. He/she controls and coordinates the activities of workers in various occupations.
