Domestic housekeepers arrange, supervise and carry out housework in private households. Operators of homestays (minsu) offering accommodation in their own homes are also included.
Main tasks
- Supervise domestic staff employed in the household
- Buy and manage household supplies
- Arrange housework in the employer's home such as cleaning, receiving visitors, caring for pets and plants and cooking meals, and sometimes do this work personally
