Official title: Information Technology Trainers
Teaches and trains people in computer programming, software applications and other IT subjects outside the formal education system.
Main tasks
- Plan and develop training tools such as manuals, audiovisual aids, online lessons and user guides that support training
- Design, coordinate, schedule and deliver training programmes for individuals or groups
- Monitor and evaluate the quality and results of training, and revise training goals, methods and delivery as needed
