Pet groomers and animal care workers feed, care for and train animals in veterinary hospitals, animal shelters, zoos, laboratories, pet shops, riding stables, dog training schools, pet grooming salons and similar places.
Main tasks
- Wash and feed animals
- Record animals' weight, size, physical condition and feeding
- Train animals for racing, entertainment, riding and other purposes
- Wash, brush and trim coats, clip nails, clean ears and provide other animal care
