開展日常營運工作，支援巴士服務等為乘客服務的道路運輸服務。監控和調節道路運輸的到站和發車時間，調配（及重新調配）司機執行服務路線，並進行道路運輸檢查，確保服務就緒。應對緊急情況並恢復道路運輸服務，協助調查和記錄事件和/或事故。還承擔行政職責，包括彙編資料、進行交通和人群管制以及每日安全檢查，併為應對事件和事故提供支援。
