Operates gas processing and light hydrocarbon plants to treat, liquefy and extract helium from natural gas and recover and process light hydrocarbons.
Main tasks
- Dehydrating and desulphurising gas and recovering light hydrocarbons to produce sales gas, light hydrocarbons and stabilised crude
- Removing sulphur, carbon dioxide, water and heavy hydrocarbons from feed gas, recovering sulphur and light hydrocarbons along the way and treating tail gas
- Extracting industrial helium from natural gas by removing carbon dioxide, water and hydrogen and by cryogenic distillation
- Liquefying natural gas for storage, regasifying it when needed and sending it out as gas or liquid
- Maintaining equipment and filling in production records
