Surveys, plans and designs land consolidation and ecological restoration projects, monitors them, and oversees and guides the works.
Main tasks
- Researching and deciding where consolidation and restoration projects should happen and marking out their extent and boundaries

- Researching and writing ecological protection and restoration plans for land and sea areas, marking out ecological safety boundaries and proposing control rules

- Designing changes to land ownership, preparing adjustment plans and registering ownership changes
- Overseeing project funds, quality, upkeep and operation
- Assessing the performance and results of consolidation and restoration projects
