Produces silicone oils, silicone rubber and other silicones from silicon metal, hydrogen chloride, methanol and other raw materials.
Main tasks
- Measuring raw materials and charging them into the reactor in set proportions
- Controlling temperature, pressure and flow for the reaction
- Purifying products in distillation columns
- Sampling and testing raw materials, intermediates and finished products
- Checking and maintaining equipment regularly and spotting and clearing problems and faults quickly
- Keeping production records and the related data
