How to become a Special Equipment Inspection Engineer

Carries out supervisory inspections and type tests on the manufacture, installation, alteration and repair of boilers, pressure vessels, lifts and other regulated special equipment, inspects equipment in use and carries out non destructive testing, tests boiler water and measures the energy efficiency of high energy use equipment.
