How to become a Start Up Adviser

Gives entrepreneurs information, advice and explanations of policy, runs start up training and guides them in starting and running a business.
Main tasks
- Collecting and analysing economic and social information related to starting a business and giving start up advice
- Explaining laws, regulations and policies related to starting a business
- Developing and running start up training programmes, tailoring training to help entrepreneurs learn the knowledge and skills to start and run a business
- Guiding entrepreneurs in starting a business and in managing it and growing it over the long term
- Analysing and diagnosing problems in starting, managing and growing a business and guiding entrepreneurs to draw up and carry out solutions
