決済設備、ネットワーク通信、隣接するノードの稼働状況を監視し、上下の提携店と関係部門と連絡を取って決済データの流れを確保する
自行で処理すべき資金計画、電子ファイル、照会情報を整理・分析し、関係部門や窓口に届けて受領と引き継ぎの手続きを行う
毎日隣接するノードと振替差額を突き合わせ、不一致があれば明細の照合を申請して原因を突き止め、処理する
当日の自店の決済勘定を締め、集計した照合情報を送受信して、日次の照合を完了する
紙の記録と電子データを整理、バックアップ、保管する
