• 工業炉、真空加圧含浸設備、専用含浸設備で、固定子と回転子の絶縁含浸と乾燥を行う
• 動バランス試験機と振動センサーで回転子の振動を測定し、高速動バランス検査と過速度検査を行う
• 専用クレーン、工具、計器を使って電動機の総組立を行う
• 専用設備で密閉性能、冷却系統、潤滑系統、電気系統と高電圧・超高電圧などの試験と調整を行う
• 電動機の機械、電気、潤滑、冷却系統と密閉性能を点検修理し、総組立品と部品を分解して、容量増強や復元のための再製造を行う
• 治工具、測定具、計器、工程設備を保守し、故障を取り除く
