Food service counter attendant serves customers at food counters and finishes preparation of simple food/drinks items in restaurants, cafes, hotels, fast food outlets, cafeterias, hospitals and other settings. He/she performs duties such as taking orders, communicating orders to kitchen, responding to customer enquiries, collecting payments and serving food and beverages. He/she may also be involved in stocktaking and raising inventory orders when needed.
