How to become a Moneylender
Moneylender lends money on interest to individuals or companies with or without collateral securities. He/she makes independent investigations on creditors’ financial standing, obtains collateral security which are usually title deeds on movable or immovable property, prepares the necessary papers and obtains acknowledgement for amount loaned. He/she collects repayment in accordance with agreed terms and also maintains accounts of transactions.
Main tasks
- Lending money as personal loans against success of future harvest and other similar undertakings
- Collecting loans when the pledge involved the success of future harvest and other similar undertakings
- Keeping a record of items received and money distributed and received
