Concrete placers and related workers build and repair reinforced concrete structures, install, assemble and join cement products, and do basic work with reinforcing steel.
Main tasks
- Build and repair reinforced concrete floors, walls, tanks, cellars and other concrete structures
- Install and assemble formwork as moulds for pouring concrete
- Finish and smooth concrete surfaces
- Lay floors of cement, aggregate, pigment and marble chips, such as terrazzo
