Plans and designs the interior structure and layout of buildings, and supervises and coordinates the work.
Main tasks
- Plan the interior structure and layout based on the client's needs and site conditions, and draw floor plans
- Produce construction drawings, perspective drawings or models from the layout and design concept
- Estimate the quantity of materials and costs needed for the work
- Supervise construction work
