How to become a Judge
Official title: Judges
Reviews case files and evidence, hears cases and writes judgments or rulings in the ordinary courts or administrative courts. Constitutional Court justices and members of the Disciplinary Court for public officials are also included.
Main tasks
- Hear civil and administrative cases and criminal cases
- Make rulings in non-contentious matters
- Handle civil enforcement, bankruptcy and financial enforcement matters
- Hear cases in military courts
