Main tasks
- Coordinate and supervise the work of process control technicians, machine operators, assemblers and other manufacturing workers
- Organise and schedule day-to-day work, staff and conditions, and prepare cost estimates, records and reports
- Identify staff or equipment shortages, keep workers safe, and guide and train new staff
