Main tasks
- Help clients achieve their organisation's goals, strategies and development
- Guide clients to make their organisations more efficient, develop solutions to problems, assess risks and plan responses
- Prepare proposals to change methods and procedures, change workflows, redefine job roles and solve organisational problems
- Review existing policies and regulations to correct rules that are wrong or out of date
- Study social, economic and industry trends, develop and analyse policy, and give briefings and advice
