Main tasks
- Advise on and carry out personnel policies on recruitment, placement, training, promotion and pay
- Research and advise on job opportunities, career choices and further education and training
- Set human resource development goals and evaluate learning outcomes; identify individual and organisational training needs, and plan, coordinate, schedule and deliver training and development programmes for individuals and groups
- Oversee and deliver ongoing internal and external training, evaluate its results, and review and revise training goals, methods and courses
