Official title: Production Coordinator (Audio, Screen or Live Performance)
Organises and coordinates the production office to support producers in the delivery of film, television, radio or live performance productions.
Main tasks
- Oversees and manages production assistants and production runners
- Coordinates and schedules travel arrangements for cast and crew
- Organises accommodation for cast and crew during production and for post-production
- Arranges work permits and visas for international cast and crew
- Creates and maintains shooting, animation or post-production schedules
- Liaises with various departments to ensure a smooth production process
- Manages logistics and transportation for equipment and materials
- Coordinates with location scouts to secure shooting locations
- Tracks and manages production expenses and budgets
