- Planning and building the customer service management system and allocating resources and staff
- Designing and organising customer service activities on site
- Setting service rules and standards for before, during and after sales

- Researching market trends, customer satisfaction and product quality
- Managing and monitoring customer complaints and looking after customer relationships
- Communicating and negotiating with outside parties for the business, handling crises and protecting its lawful rights
