Processes soybeans and other beans with cleaning, grinding, drying, soaking, separating and dewatering equipment to make tofu, dried tofu and other soy products.
Main tasks
- Removing impurities from beans with screening, dust removal, drying and weighing equipment, then drying, weighing and measuring out ingredients
- Soaking and grinding beans with soaking, fine grinding, pressing, centrifuge and cooking equipment, separating soy milk from pulp and boiling the soy milk
- Adding brine or gypsum to soy milk to set it and pressing out the water to make tofu
- Making dried tofu, tofu sheets and smoked soy products with presses, cutters and smokers
- Adding cultures to tofu, fermenting and salting it and adding brine to make fermented bean curd
- Packing finished products with packing and sealing machines
- Cleaning and servicing production and packing equipment and tools and filling in production records
