ICT quality assurance specialist develops and documents ICT hardware and software testing plans, installs software and hardware and configures operating system software in preparation for testing, and verifies that programmes function according to user requirements and established guidelines. He/she also executes, analyses and documents results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests, and develops and implements software and information system testing policies, procedures and scripts.
