• Bone, cut and pack meat for sale or processing
• Prepare ingredients and make sausages and similar products using meat slicers, mixers and forming machines
• Preserve fish and other foods
• Smoke meat, fish or other foods in smokehouses or smoking ovens
• Cook or otherwise prepare meat, fish and related foods
