Telemarketing and online sales staff contact existing and potential customers by telephone, online or other communication channels to sell goods and services.
Main tasks
- Sell goods and services by telephone or email following prepared scripts and contact lists
- Arrange meetings between buyers and sales representatives
- Update the customer database to track changes for each customer
- Compile statistics on telemarketing calls and success rates and submit reports
