Travel consultants and related clerks give travel advice, arrange itineraries, organise tours and book tickets and accommodation. Airline ground staff who check in passengers are also included.

• Provide information on transport, accommodation and tourist attractions
• Arrange travel itineraries and book transport tickets, admission tickets and accommodation
• Help customers obtain necessary travel documents
• Check travel documents, and check in passengers and their luggage
• Organise business or holiday group tours and sell them to groups or individuals

Ways in

• Technical college: Technical and vocational college programme. Universities of science and technology and junior colleges run departments in related fields: travel, tourism and leisure (1015). Departments in academic year 114 (2025-26): four-year technical bachelor's (四技) 37, two-year technical bachelor's (二技) 10, five-year junior college (五專) 2, two-year junior college (二專) 4.
