Combines design and IT knowledge to research, analyse, evaluate, design, program and modify websites and applications with text, graphics, animation, images, video and other interactive media.
Main tasks
- Analyse, design and develop websites using artistic skill and creativity
- Design and develop digital animations, images, games, short videos and other web applications using multimedia software, tools, interactive graphics and programming languages
- Control and strengthen web server security, storage allocation, user access and site backups
- Design, develop and integrate code with other special inputs, such as image and sound files, to maintain and support websites
