- Administers, monitors and supports databases and website content
- Extracts data and assists others in the use of the database
- Writes and publishes content and monitors and maintains functionality of websites
- Trains colleagues in the use of the databases and websites
- Proof reads social media content and checks content of videos before publication on websites
