Main tasks
- Processes incoming documents and information according to database and record management systems
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of documents
- Provides support in accessing documents
- Records file and document movements
- Conducts audits to ensure database integrity
- Assists in disposal and archiving of documents
- Stays updated on filing practices and technologies
