Main tasks
- Collects, sorts and dispatches incoming mail
- Prepares outgoing mail for delivery
- Operates mail processing equipment
- Maintains mail records
- Assists with bulk mailing and special deliveries
- Resolves mail delivery issues
- Maintains mailroom supplies and equipment
