Handles deposits, withdrawals, money transfers and other services at the bank counter.
Main tasks
- Receiving and paying out domestic and international money transfers, including transfers sent to an address
- Handling enquiries, changes, returns and lost item reports for transfers
- Opening and closing bank and postal savings accounts and handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers, lost item reports and enquiries
- Looking up and printing business reports, checking each transaction and reconciling cheques, cash and vouchers
- Clearing and managing funds for transfers and other services and checking them
