How to become a Credit Card Services Officer

Runs credit card lending and deposit business and provides related services.
Main tasks
- Growing agency business for overseas credit cards, widening where renminbi credit cards can be used, and designing new card products
- Planning and carrying out buying and printing of card terminals and cards, and managing terminals and vouchers
- Signing up cardholders, checking the credit of applicants and guarantors and opening accounts and issuing cards
- Signing up merchants, crediting their accounts and settling funds with card issuing banks
- Handling cash deposits and withdrawals on cards, clearing large spending in other cities and sending out statements
- Authorising and controlling credit for cardholders, merchants and cash withdrawal outlets
- Handling lost card reports and replacements and replacing expired, dirty or damaged cards
- Handling overdue cards and recovering stopped, fake and fraudulently used cards
- Confirming, reporting and receiving stop lists and notifying acquiring banks, merchants and cash outlets
- Closing credit card accounts
