Produces petrol, diesel, LPG and other intermediate products from gas oil, residue and other petroleum fractions by catalytic cracking.
Main tasks
- Cracking feed with main air blowers, booster compressors, catalytic cracking reactors and other equipment
- Cutting and separating products with fractionators, absorbers, strippers, stabilisers, gas compressors and other equipment
- Balancing or recovering heat with waste heat boilers, flue gas expanders, steam generators and low grade heat recovery equipment
- Regenerating catalyst in regenerators and adding and recovering catalyst
- Starting up and shutting down units with instruments and control systems, diagnosing and responding to incidents and keeping production safe, clean and continuous
