Produces lubricating oil, grease, paraffin wax, bitumen and other products from middle and heavy petroleum fractions.
Main tasks
- Removing unwanted components from lubricating oil with solvent refining equipment
- Separating oil and wax with solvent dewaxing and deoiling, urea dewaxing, molecular sieve dewaxing and other equipment
- Producing paraffin wax and lube base oils with clay treating and wax forming equipment
- Producing white oils, base oils, their intermediates and other by products with hydroprocessing, isomerisation and hydrofinishing equipment
- Making polyether, poly alpha olefin, silicone oil, fluorinated oil, ester and other synthetic base oils with synthesis, esterification, fluorination and distillation equipment
- Producing lubricating oil with blending and filling equipment
- Producing grease with reaction, homogenising and filling equipment
- Separating residue into deasphalted oil and asphalt with extraction equipment
- Producing bitumen products with oxidation, blending, modification and emulsification equipment
- Starting up and shutting down units with instruments and control systems, diagnosing and responding to incidents and keeping production safe, clean and continuous
