Also called: Weighing Indicator Assembler, Load Cell Assembler, Weighing Equipment Final Assembler
Assembles, tests, maintains and repairs all kinds of scales and weighing equipment, including complete units and parts such as load cells and weighing indicators, with instruments, tools and equipment.
Main tasks
- Assembling weighing indicators with welders, oscilloscopes, DC potentiometers and other equipment, testing settings and carrying out metrological performance tests
- Assembling and adjusting load cells with instruments, tools and force measuring equipment
- Installing complete units such as weighbridges for rail, non automatic weighing instruments and continuous totalising scales with welders, test weights and lifting equipment, and testing and adjusting their technical settings
- Setting the technical parameters of weighing equipment
- Maintaining and repairing weighing equipment
