Main tasks

• Oversee the aged care facility and the services and facilities it provides
• Set the organisation's objectives and its standards for evaluation and management
• Direct, supervise and evaluate the work of staff and set operating rules and standards
• Manage administration such as budget planning, report preparation and spending on supplies, equipment and services
• Oversee the selection, training and performance of staff
