Supervises and coordinates the activities of retail sales workers.
Main tasks
- Assigns tasks and responsibilities to retail sales workers, and monitors and evaluates their performance
- Ensures revenue matches the recorded sales to maintain accurate financial records and prevent losses
- Resolves customer complaints and issues
- Manages inventory and ensures stock levels are maintained
- Implements strategies to increase sales and achieve targets
- Oversees the merchandising and display of products
