Provides emergency medical care in ambulances.
Main tasks
- Assess patients' condition at accidents, natural disasters and other emergencies, and give immediate professional medical help
- Carry out medical procedures following emergency treatment protocols, including defibrillation and resuscitation, and operate life support equipment
- Watch for changes in patients' condition while taking them to hospitals, rehabilitation centres and other care facilities
